The first of its kind, our Copper honeycomb plate design is fitted to the centre of a breathable fabric insole, which can be cut down to size for virtually any shoe, skate, or boot.

Ancient civilizations exploited the antimicrobial properties of copper long before the concept of microbes became understood in the nineteenth century. Our founder Lyndon Smith, a precision toolmaker is equipped with over 30 years of precision toolmaking experience, decided to turn our expertise into creating game-changing shoe insoles and apparel.
We were inspired by the legendary history of his trade’s artisans — those who using nothing but the elements around them forged the most innovative technologies of their time. Inspired by copper’s well-known benefits, like seen in this study where scientists swapped out regular door knobs in a hospital, for copper ones. we began researching copper infusion, a process of weaving copper strands into textiles. It makes for breathable, lightweight, and moisture-wicking fabric.
